OK time to revive this thread.
Since Matt's new job has both of us waking up while it's still dark outside, I get a lot done in the first couple hours of the day and it leaves me with not much to do. So, today it's cool and crisp out there, I'm going to ride. I'm going to try to get a ride in every morning and THEN come back and clean the house and do the pool and stuff. At least this little run is close to the house, no driving required and I can do longer rides on weekends or go out again later in the day if I want. I can't go anywhere but close until he gets a work truck as the rack is on the truck, so that's useless to me for now.
Anyway, I got out early, spent an hour taking my time and taking in the sights. Talked to a nice old man about some of the birds and what not.
Stupid me forgot to stop the trip meter when I snapped the picture. So take off about 15 minutes of that time.
I even took a little movie of the beach for you all
You can see an osprey sitting in her nest there in the the distance. Lots of wind on the water and there was so much sea foam it looked like someone suds-up the beach!
