0 I'd love to pull the tub and put a shower only in there but since it's the only bath in the house, it kills any resale ability. People just want tubs for the kiddies. We had a nice rental with a shower only but the basin was like a half bath. I can't find one of those anywhere, that would be ideal. Kind of like a two in one and parents can bathe babies in it.
