Im saying that at first glance this courts decison
To me it's no different than shooting a firearm in a place where you should know or should reasonably know that someone might get hurt by it.
Quote:The First Judicial District of the Illinois Court of Appeals said Zokhrabov may sue because her injuries were foreseeable and Joho owed her a duty of care.may seem like quakery, but when you realize that a person would or should be able to reasonably know that stepping in front of a train where you might possible get hit by it could possibly propel body parts in all directions that could possibly hurt someone standing there, it isn't all that far out there as to not be reasonable.
To me it's no different than shooting a firearm in a place where you should know or should reasonably know that someone might get hurt by it.
A resolution to avoid an evil is seldom framed till the evil is so far advanced as to make avoidance impossible.
