My Dad would agree on that.
He went to an autopsy on one occasion and whikle he was being given an update the technician was stood there handing out sandwiches. Dad decided the coffee was all he could manage.

But they do love their jobs don't they? I've met one, who comes in the shop alot. Although he never talks 'shop' he is a very happy person.
