Not so much German as I understand a little Pennsylvania Dutch. A great deal of Pa Dutch is derived from German. If you listen he says "Younga, younga, younga" which is the same in Pa Dutch meaning young ones or kids.
My grandmother used to say "Ich weis net da younga" all the time. It means "I don't know about these kids". Literal translation would be......I know not the kids.
