New policy in picking movies - avoid anything with Nicolas Cage in it. What a waste of my time.
He's a hit man known only as "Joe". Assigned for jobs in Bangkok he changes when he finds one part of the job is not up to his 'morals'. He also falls in love and gets involved with a dopey street thug and takes him under his wing. Two things he has solid rules against, which he narrates throughout the movie over and over and over.
His acting is shit.
The story is shit.
I am going to start writing to actors who waste my time like this and demand to be reimbursed for those two hours of my time wasted.
He's got two out there now, Season of the Witch and The Sorcerer's Apprentice. I'll pass.
