OK as you all know I have that cooking site Super-Cooks.com
It's pretty dead. I've been talking to myself in there for some time now. I spent the whole summer video taping myself doing some recipes, I promoted the site on several different social networking places but that only got assholes 'liking' the thing instead of actually joining and sharing recipes.
I offered it to Angie, who ASKED me if I ever got tired of it, she wants it, but when I offered it to her, she wants me to hold it until around February. She flaked out on me yet again when I was helping her with some projects she has going online and now disappeared again on me. She has a whole section on SC dedicated to her vegan and vegetarian healthy living stuff. She's hardly contributed.
I gave her admin access and her own areas on FB and Video Jug and she's done nothing with them either.
Dylan was supposed to make me that cross site auto login / membership plugin and he hit a wall with that. Now the new software version is in, he disappears and I'm waiting on an answer how that's going again.
Why am I telling you all this? Because I WAS going to hold it for Angie but I just got a notice that the domain needs to be re-registered in January. I have no intention of registering the domain again and then waiting on her to give me another non-answer if she's taking it or not.
So, I know a few members here are already members there and when D finally finishes the cross forum login, I just merge them into each other. Easy stuff. My problem is I don't want to continue to pay for hosting and a domain that no one is using (except spammers).
On the other hand, I hate to see all that work just disappear into cyberspace.
Sooo--- what I could do, and I want your opinions on this - is move the files onto THIS site and it can be accessed from here, without having it "on the net" for all to see and use. I won't need to maintain the domain registry or pay for anything. I just have the forum here for us/me. Once D gets that plugin set, no need to log in there or join. IF you all can keep your yaps shut to it's existance, I CAN make it so guests can post there. Guests = any of you who are not registered yet. I just don't want anyone not a member here knowing so I don't have to babysit spammers.
Of course this is for those interested in sharing recipes.
What do you think I should do with the site?

I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head
