With the racks be sure that where you will have your seat adjusted to that there will be enough room behind/below the seat for a bag or trunk or whatnot. I know a lot of womens tend to have shorter legs and a low seat could make a trunkbag on top of a rack hard to do. As it is with me, if I have a trunkbag on top of my racks I have to take off my tool pouch that hangs under the seat. And my seats are pretty damn high up.
I kind of looked around the Trek website, I kind of like the Giants though.
And of course I can't find a handy photo of what I mean about seat height and rack clearance with bags.
