So, $275 later, a mess of pills for her and Goliath and more to come tomorrow night (she is sneaking them to me at the emergency clinic 
) Mikki will be worm and infection free.
She's got a massive infection in both ears. Although it isn't stinky, she said the infection is deep down there. I got ripped off the meds for the ears though. It's non prescription at $7.99 online but I was charged $37.99 for it!
I will be griping about that later! That's just way too much of a markup.
We think she's spayed too. That's a bonus!
Now the trick is getting that pill down her throat for the worms. I tried, she bit it in 3 and now I gotta figure I'll get it down in her dinner later. If not, I'm screwed.
