I was kind of like a pioneer experience, people trading info about what is ahead, what is behind, what to expect, where to get food and water. People willing to help each other out if need be.
Even the chicks that I said jokingly that they must be lesbians at the campground checked to make sure that I was able to get a campsite. I'm pretty sure they would have asked me to just share theirs if I had not. Probably not in the penthouse forum kind of way that I had imagined, but I'm pretty sure they would have let me camp next to them.
