0 Well, it's been a while since I've seen it but isn't Raylan injured and just about to be killed when a miraculous shot kills his attacker? Shortly after that, cute sniper guy walks out with the other cops, calmly carrying his rifle. Winona (sp?) had gone to Raylan's boss to plead with him to help, he refused and we were left thinking Raylan was on his own, so the killing shot was doubling miraculous. Tim. Tim's the sniper's name.

0 Crap, I'm drawing a total blank. All I remember in the last episode is Mags and Raylan sitting down for some Apple Pie and she suicided in front of him with a poisoned dose.
Let's hope they review that when they open the next series. Meanwhile I'll do some hunting around in hopes to find clip of the scene you're talking about.

0 Well shit, according to this, you're absolutely right. http://cinesnark.wordpress.com/2011/05/0...-sad-sigh/
I remember that scene very specifically but I must be remembering it from another part of the show. Old age is a bitch.

0 I went to the movie/TV review site I frequent and found one of the comments I had left on their series finale review... for some reason, I'm remembering the Sniper Tim scene a lot more vividly than the Mags and apple pie scene and I got them mixed up. LOL, sorry about that.
Here's my comment: I was surprised at the lack of a cliffhanger, they managed to tie up most of the major loose ends very satisfactorily. Sniper Tim intrigues me, I liked the way he calmly walked into the frame, cradling his rifle after shooting a man neatly in the forehead. Just another day at the office for him. I don't like Winona either but I can't quite put my finger on why. She's not a horrible character, she's only moderately selfish and the actress is pretty. But she bugs me. On a side note, I was surprised to read that Nick Searcy (Art) is only 9 years older than Timothy Olyphant. After the old man chase, I figured he was closer to 60 than 50.

0 I don't like Winona either. Something does not gel right with her. Maybe the "bad" in her will come out soon.
edit 2/8/12 - I edited a typo that drove me nuts.

0 Well, the very end didn't surprise me, Boyd has almost supernatural senses.
You know what I love about this show? They have really funny, goofy scenes that are still realistic and not over the top. That old man chase from last season (I think it was last season) and the car as a weapon in this episode. That's some good stuff.
