You saw the video of them playing tuggies with a car tire, imagine what they'd do to vicious children!? The UK is systematically dismantling themselves it seems. Ban this, forbid that and the criminal element of all ages- will only be more intrigued as to how much they can get away with, how much they aquire in stolen goods (the jewel robbery of late!) and how many illegal weapons they can get away with. I was on another board where there was one member who kept on how England was safer, more generous, better, better, better in every aspect than America is. He didn't like it when I slapped him back into reality that his country is no better than mine in those regards. You can't legislate people into morality! The more you say no, the more people try to push that envelope. It's human nature. Those kids will get a slap on the wrist and do it again. I could pick at least 10 stories like that one from today's news and when you think how small England is... well...I think that someone has a great cheek saying it's better than anywhere! Like with car accidents..... as years go by, you compare accident rates for today and 1970, you're going to find it has gone up, and mostly it's because there are more people in the world. More people = more crime. I think parents have a lot to do with it too. My brother was rotten and mean but he'd NEVER hurt an animal or living thing for thrills. Parents are lazy these days. They expect the world to be their babysitter, teach their kids what they don't want to bother with and more. Excuses usually are they don't have time because they have to work. Key word is excuse. My mom raised us alone and she worked. You find the time if you want kids who are not little derelicts and assholes. These little cowardly pricks need to be made an example of. Public humiliation should be in the mix for them somewhere in their punishment. Maybe we could pull out clumps of THEIR hair.
