The government and condoms - Marie5656 - 03-28-2010 The government today announced that it is changing its emblem from an eagle to a condom because it more accuratly reflets the government's political stance. A condom allows for inflation, halts production,protects a bunch of dicks and gives you a sense of security while you are actually beng screwed!! Damn, it just dosen't get more accurate than that.
