It is funny. How many times did we hang asses out of bus windows as kids? No one was brought up on charges. This is bullshit. Photoshop the picture and be done with it.

No, I agree. I would have printed more of them, shown everyone and then proceeded to point and laugh at the moron every time I saw him. Actual charges seems dumb, but how we do things now...
