I dunno, that looks like a set up video to me. The mace didn't even reach very far. I mean, if he wanted to damage bikers he could have used those big cans of bear spray they use on the college kids.

It is a shitty thing to do. More and more cops are becoming jack-booted thugs instead of serving and protecting.
