Seaglass Carousel opens in Battery Park - Twitchin Kitten - 08-24-2015 Has anyone seen the news about this new carousel that opened last week in Battery Park, NYC? It's just gorgeous and very unique. If we go into the city soon I'm going to try to get there and take pictures of this thing at night. I saw it on the news and it's truly amazing. I can't find what it costs to ride it though, probably something ridiculous. Going to call it the Observation Wheel or some stupid thing like that. Meh, England already did that.
