Found this poking around and found it interesting.

The results for me showed I am most likely from the NYC, Baltimore or DC area.

They give you a set of words or phrases and a list of how they're said and ask you how you pronounce each one or what you call each one.

It's not "pop" for soda too - I had to break Matt from calling all soda 'coke'.

He's always said sneakers though.

It's interesting about all the different words for the same thing though. If you hit the link again it gives you a new variety of questions.

Bullshit, everywhere I've been in Michigan it's pop. Calling it all Coke is a southern thing. Sneakers oth, I have heard, but it is a distinct minority heh.

I kinda thought soda was a southern thing and coke was more like Georgia and Alabama kinda thing.

We had a discussion recently about when did dungarees turn into jeans.
