just sign him up for the take surveys and get paid for it websites, he'll get flooded out in a month or less when they sell the e-mail address lists.
for added fun you can report the e-mail address to stopforumspam.com and he'll have loads of fun trying to sign up for any online banking or shopping.

He's email spamming so the storpforumspam.com shit won't work. Somehow he got several of my Verizon email accounts that I DO NOT give out other to the Ocean County Prosecutor and two other people regarding creepy stalker-boy. I KNOW they're not giving out that email address. I think he hacked into or works at Verizon and stole those email addresses.
Sign him up for porn sites. Use a proxy while doing that.
