It is ok, they will not breed because, deep down, instinctively, women will not want to breed with these weaklings. This is nature and it cannot be subverted. The world will continue apace.
As more men become like this, it makes life much more fun for the *normal* guys. I can just imagine the sexual frustration women will experience when they find their little guy buddies here are not up to snuff.
