when they were tearning out the rugs the carpet layers found a Jeff Cox 2nd base A's card from about 1981. Any Idea where or if I could find out if it's worth anything?

Look online for sports collectibles.
Check your local mall for when they have sports "shows" there too. You'll find a ton of these kinds of sports collectors.
