They said the details are in the proposal and attached the thing I have pasted above.
I replied again:

And then replied again with an afterthought:

I find that a little hard to believe considering the amount of Arab immigrants living in the UK.

Last time I did this was a few years back on my yahoo email. I must have gone about 10 rounds with the guy until I called him on his shit and asked him to meet me in Japan if he wanted cooperation. He was interested in the bridge. Idiot.
We'll see if this garners another reply. I think the mentioning of Afghani heroin might have put the kabash on this one.
