This was a friend of our daughters, Christine. They knew each other through Claires Half-sister, Wanda, who is the daughter of a very good car club friend. Wanda sang for us at Christine's funeral.
Their maternal grandparents both had Parkinson's and Claire felt so strongly she wanted to help others with it. She is a shy quite stay at home girl normally so this is most out of character.
I wish her luck (my mother too has Parkinson's)

Trudi - I'm going to post this link on another site I know. It's the gal who helped me get the flowers for Christine. She has a busy site and everyone there is quite generous.
I'm also moving this out of this forum into the open so everyone can see it. Hopefully it will get more hits and donations.

Thank everyone on the sites you passed it on to Joan.
She sets off on Saturday.
I thought of her today when I heard the song from America 'Horse with No Name'.
I think she will just want to forget about her feet!
