Luther - Twitchin Kitten - 10-16-2011 Anyone watching this? We missed the season two premiere! Searches today said it started October 5 but it really started September 28 ![]() We briefly talked about this series in THIS thread. On demand didn't have the first episode too.... dammit. But we can catch up on two and three and just watch one when we can find it. RE: Luther - Rhubarb - 10-17-2011 We started watching it. Mark couldn't get into it much so I'd forget it was on because it clashed with another programme we liked RE: Luther - Twitchin Kitten - 10-17-2011 Oh you have to catch season 1 first! It leaves off as a cliff hanger for season 2!! Don't you have On Demand with your cable company? Can't you just rent the series? I think Mark will like it if he caught it from day one. RE: Luther - Rhubarb - 10-18-2011 Crumbs, there's loads to watch on demand! It is trawling through. When we fall over it we will try it again. He gets fed up with me watching wall to wall The Tudors (unless King Henry starts romping with yet another mistress) RE: Luther - Twitchin Kitten - 10-18-2011 Watch while he's sleeping or at work then!
RE: Luther - Twilla - 10-19-2011 Love that show. I bought both seasons as they came out on Amazon VOD and I'm a happy camper. (Idris Elba ... yum) RE: Luther - Twitchin Kitten - 10-20-2011 I'm going to have to look into that Amazon VOD for the first episode this season. I feel something is missing. Got last night on the dvr and need to watch that later too. Can you watch one of whatever at a time or do you have to subscribe to a whole service? RE: Luther - Gunnen4u - 10-20-2011 The Tudors bored me after the first season. However, it began to repeat itself and I stopped watching really. Game of Thrones was more my thing as it had the lovely girls, sex, in addition to Machiavellian political intrigues and warfare, not to mention other amazing things that become a turbulent adventure of the show. Rome was good, others were good, etc, etc. The Tudors, I dunno.. There are plenty of British shows and other programming that sadly never make it over here; instead we're stuck with utter junk. |
