Large scale investigation taking place at Nanki in connection with disappearance
Aruban authorities are conducting a large scale investigation in connection with the disappearance of Robyn Gardner, an American tourist who disappeared on a snorkeling trip at Nanki in the Colony. On Sunday local authorities were at the site with the suspect, Gary Giordano, filming and measuring at certain spots.
According to sources, Giordano declared they had already gone to the site and decided to return to snorkel there the next day.

Wednesday morning the judge of instruction will see suspect Gar Giordano at the KIA (Aruba Correctional Institute). The public prosecutor will need to discuss their evidence with the judge of instruction.
In case there is not enough evidence Gary Giordano may be released. In case there is enough evidence to keep him detained he will remain in jail for another 60 days. If he will be released this does not mean that he is free of any charges. The investigation will continue.
What is your opinion on this case? Personally I think the bastard did it!!

I've been watching this a bit. Sounds like this guy took notes on the Natalie Holloway case and took this girl out snorkeling, bunked her on the head and let the current take her.

I had heard about this one and I tend to agree with you WC.
Shit just doesn't add up any other way.
I do have to think that the Aruban officials are probably thinking "Fuckin' wow! First that Van Der Sloot scumwaffle and now this. It'll be a fuckin' wonder if our tourist based economy isn't blown to shit by these assholes."

Yeah, taking out a million dollar insurance policy on someone you just met and then trying to collect immediately isn't exactly reeking of Innocent either.
