Dude, I still don't get it. After the word JOBS he said "and". I just don't know what you're implying he's saying.
I hear him bitching about the war in Afghanistan as if that's the thing stopping people in this country from getting work. Didn't Obama set in motion a pullout plan? So that's a moot point Mr Frank.
