They apprehended the sicko who did this to this little boy. They found some of his body parts in his freezer too.
That poor kid was allowed to walk home for the first time and his mother was waiting for him - all of three blocks away from his school.

Yeah I'm sure he was. Fucking sick-o's in this world I tell ya.
They had a pic of the suspect on TV and he has those "crazy eyes" too.
