I just saw some pics from a trucker in Michigan that looked liked tunnels on the road. My Grandfather and Dad both were truck drivers. I did not follow in their shoes. I salute you sir and hope that you never get cut-off again.

I got a bad flu. Got me a fever up to 102.9 on Thursday. Fever broke last night. I still feel like shit and sitting here catching up (which didn't take all that long) is killing me. I don't know if that fever ruined my eyes but everything is blurry even with glasses. Time to get them checked I guess, when I'm better that is. I know a very high fever can cause eye problems but I thought that was only Scarlet fever. Not sure.
Felt good enough for dinner last night. That was a mistake.
Had a hot chocolate this morning. That was a mistake.
Whatever this is, it sucks. I have not been sick like this since 1979. I don't like it. I have a kitchen to finish.
Mr. Brilliant threw out the bag of screws to put the bottom rail back on the cabinets

Matt kept asking if I wanted to go to the hospital but I refused. The fever broke last night, finally. I never posted - I thought Matt maybe did just to let everyone know what's going on since Fact or Crap got canceled last minute.
I hate the doctor. They never tell you anything good.
I was more afraid of infection in my hardware in my back and neck than the fever. I got a stash of antibiotics and have been taking those.

I went out to clean up the snow around my mailbox, broke the shovel on the goddamn rocklike ice and came back in. I saw a flamethrower at the hardware store last week.
