This advice I should send to Percy Harvin. The poor guy threw-up the other day and has previously been plagued by migraines. I couldn't imagine being a multi-millionaire athlete and unable to perform....

Migraines are worse than having your leg amputated by a chain saw and no anesthesia. It's an awful pain and it's disorientating too.
I manage my headaches with Zomig and Esgic plus. Zomig is a miracle drug IMO.

I'm stuffed again, I had pancakes and bacon this moring to get over the chicken wing hangover before I had to go ride, then I had a chicken bbq after the ride and then way too much leftover pizza when I got home, oh, and some raw cookie dough.

Now I have to stop boat rocking, as we were out on a friends boat all day!!! I also need to jump in the lotion bottle. I got some sun today..
We stoped and had a great dinner peel and eat shrimp!!! Really good!!
