father is accused of using a stun gun - twisteroo - 06-12-2010 It's a wonder that there is not more pissed off fathers out there. I swear if I had a daughter I would probably go to jail. This guy is actually some kind of a hero I think, well right up until the kidnapping and use of deadly force. http://www.kdvr.com/news/ktla-dad-uses-taser,0,6804094.story?track=rss Quote:TEMECULA, Calif. -- An angry father is accused of using a stun gun on a 23 year old man who sent his 17 year old daughter an explicit cell phone picture. RE: father is accused of using a stun gun - Twitchin Kitten - 06-12-2010 I'm with the father on this one. Fucker seems like he's going to get off on the photo charge for "lack of evidence". Bullshit. He admits to them to his fucking friends. All the assholes get off scott-free. RE: father is accused of using a stun gun - twisteroo - 06-12-2010 A guy I know had some fucker send a pic of his junk to his 13 year old daughter. Long story short, the sheriff didn't think it was too funny either. You're absolutely right. He should have had his daughter lure him to the house and into her room. Dad could then whack him with a bat upside his head and then call the cops. I know, every time Al would walk one of Kelly's boyfriends over to the door I'd be on the edge of my seat just knowing he's gonna slam his head into the wall. RE: father is accused of using a stun gun - Rhubarb - 06-12-2010 Oh dear :doh2: Fatherly care on the overkill. Taking punishment into your own hands is a real no-no. Yes, so the father was pissed off, but would he have known if his daughter hadn't just deleted from her phone and either blocked further calls if she didn't like it? I know that is what I or Mark would have told our daughter, but she was very good at dealing with the boys by the time she was 17. She was one of only three girls and 20 boys in Physics at college. That is the real problem with picture phones and if your kids have them of course it opens a can of worms. Do you have 'slapping' over there? Yes, I think it started in the US, come to think of it. That did cause trouble and the police treated it as assault including anyone who had a photo or recieved a photo would be cautioned. The best person to deal with 'dick-heads' like that are big brothers. RE: father is accused of using a stun gun - Twitchin Kitten - 06-12-2010 Well the girl would have to have given him her phone number so already there's a problem with his kids teasing and chatting up older men. You touch anyone nowadays it's considered battery. No more are the days when guys can settle things like men and punch each other in the face. The girlie-men changed all that years ago with this no touching bullshit. As far as the phone goes, I am pretty sure the phone company can dig up the records. I don't know if you can retrieve images out of the phone company database but I'm sure they can dig up plenty of evidence if they wanted to. What is 'slapping'? |
