Well the last time Cheap Trick was in this area was like 1990 and they were at Six Flags Great Adventure. We all loaded up to go, got into the parking lot, for a fee of course and my idiot ex "didn't hear any music playing." so he figured there was no concert and without even getting out of the car, he turned around and went home.

No debate. No asking if anyone wanted to go in and look. We all had no say. Bastard.

The next day the show got rave reviews and we missed out all because the moron couldn't hear music from the parking lot. Do you realize how BIG that place is and the concert stadium is clear across the park!

Are the Dream Police inside of your head?

I'll bet Robin Zander can still belt it out and Rick Neilson is probably just as crazy as he was in the 80's. Great live performing band.

Yeah, they're one of the great live bands.

I am not big on stage shows. I would rather see a band just get up there and play. No acting, no gimmicks. It gives you the real feeling of the band. You get to see them play for the sheer joy of it and you can see the look of pleasure (or displeasure) on their faces as they perform.

Squeeze should be interesting.

Remember the show on VH1, "Where are they now?" or something like that? This guy would go around finding old bands that broke up and tried to get them back together. Well the members of Squeeze were not having it. No way. Violent attitude and all. Suddenly a couple years later here they are at RCMH.

I wonder if we'll get a quick Rockette show? Matt's never seen them.
