You know, I bowed out quietly. I supported her on her move, helped her when Dylan wasn't around, helped Dylan with the move because without ME he couldn't do it alone. Why? Because her Big Sexy made a very easy thing a gigantic difficult operation right down to denying her the domain. All he had to do was unlock it for her so it can be moved to her new hosting company.
But NOOOO, Frank had to control where she kept the domain hosted and he wouldn't let Dylan have access to back up the files and the database properly. Frank did that himself, fucked it up beyond fucked up and then went on to continue to rag on her choice of hosting company. Dylan fixed a part of what he fucked up and there is more but Frank's continuing to say how untrustworthy he is only made Duchess even more paranoid than she was already naturally. He also neglected to back up the proper files that were needed for a smooth move.
She kissed his ass from day one and it was NOT IN FUN to wind everyone up. He kissed her ass in return and I got proof of that off our IM convos as well. She fucked up when she decided to take his shit to heart and turn the cold shoulder on me when she got the site, when she let frank get into her head and when she decided to help him in destroying mine and Dylan's business reputation. She had the nerve to blame Twilla for that shit too! No she lost it.
Julie can also be partly to blame. She kept planting seeds in her head about how important the "job" of admin is and how "professional" this and "Professional" that, 'business" this and that too. It's not that "serious" a job and if you stop with the bullshit, censorship and paranoia, make CLEAR rules everyone can follow and you follow them yourself, things go very smoothly.
This site is a testimony to good adminship.
