coffee has no effect on me. I can drink gallons of the stuff but tea - I get jittery after three cups.

Coffee seems to wake me up in the morning, but I could drink a whole pot of it at night and still fall right to sleep.

I remember back in the early 70's watching a movie in science class about computer driven voice simulation when it was first coming out and the computer said "I like my coffee Blaaaaackkkk"
I think about that once in awhile and wonder if thats why I like it black during the week and with extra cream and one sugar on the weekends.
I am also so glad I found this hidden coffee thread. It reminds me that I forgot filters again and must fold a paper towel and use it tonight for my coffee Caturday. TMI

I stopped using a drip machine ages ago. Percolator - electric perc is the way to go. HOT, smooth and delicious without that bitter taste. Mmmm, now I want a cappuccino!
