Exaggerate much? Over react much? It would seem so. I said you sounded more like him all the time. Is that saying you are him? No.

Do you need me to go find the thread where I told you if that how you want to spend your money, fine? Because it would seem that your memory sucks.

Spend how you want. It's still a semi-free country. Even told you that before, but again you have selective memory. Kinda like your 'every thread' comment. This would have been done a long time ago but you got yourself so worked up over it.

Do whatever you want about my word. It's just the damn internet. And you take it way to seriously. It won't affect me either way.

Well...........with that said what are your thoughts on old antique medical equipment? Are they worth what they were bought for?

Sooooooo........my only concern is that I'll buy this $349 PS3 with "move" and not like it...I've never even tested a PS3 so I know nothing about it.....apparently online play is nothing like xbox 360 so anyone care to share what their version of "live" is like? Smile

I couldn't tell you. I was so offended by the whole having to log in and lack of privacy (again, see my thread) that I returned it for the PS3.

Wait - we're in my thread about PS3! Doh!

OK you're meaning the whole live experience on the PS3 then? That I couldn't tell you. I don't like playing live games. I'm not that hardcore.

I can tell you that acquiring games and playing demo's on their site is good, easy and there is a fair variety to choose from. The apps like Hulu and Netflix are easy to use and stuff like that. Can you find a store selling it that has a demo set up so you can go online and test? Sometimes you just need to have a store geek set it up for you.

I play live games and online games on there all the time, and I have to tell you that it's nothing like the xbox live. there are a few similarities, but the differences are many.

for example you can't see how long others have been playing, what games they have, etc. They can't see your personal information or anything like that. All they will see is your username, and your game trophies (if you allow those to be visable). so pretty much you can be anonymous on there.

however you can see what hour or time they were last logged in. and if they're logged on, they have this status that tells you if they're playing a game or not. this lets you know if they're free to chat or not. that's it. BTW, those features only exist for online friends. if they're not on your friends list, then they wouldn't be able to see all of this at all.

you can send messages via your mailbox, or create a new chat-room separate from the games so that you can chat while you play. and this can occur when all your friends are playing completely different games than you.
