Don't you hate the fact that nearly every item made has a sticker of some sort on it? Whether it is an advert for the very item you just purchased or the price tag, bar code sticker or whatever.
Some companies are kind enough to use the glue that allows you to peel it off with ease, but MOST don't. They are evil vile bastards they are!
So what do you do?
Take your hairdryer and a pocket knife. (dont' know why but my very itty bitty 1" blade pocket knife that I can't live without does this task the best!)
Heat up the sticker a bit and begin to lift one corner of the vile beast. In less than a minute you will have easily peeled this off. Now take to task with the same method all the other stickers you have tried but failed to peel and what's left is a mess.
Like butter in the sun!
Got an icky sticky mess of glue on something and have no Goo-off in the house? Use olive oil on a cotton swab. If you have a very safe material it is on, no paint, not plastic, you can use nail polish remover. This method of nail polish remover is for the experienced person when it comes to delicate surfaces. Always test an inconspicuous area first.
I don't want to hear it if you ruin something for lack of pre-use care. I didn't do it - you did.

Olive oil works on everything it seems.
Did you know you can use it to get rid of ear mites in your dog?
Also it will get rid of an ear infection in humans too. My mother used warm olive oil on us all the time when we had ear infections as kids!

Olive oil is wonderful for dry skin too and safe for babies. Oil the skin as soon as you step out of the bath or shower and only use an itsie bit, little goes a long way!
Many skin formula are based on olive/peanut or almond oils.
When both my sister-in-law and myself were pregnant Marks parents bought us both a huge bottle of 1st press olive oil, (and a constant supply of water cress!), to prevent stretch marks. I applied it twice daily and my sister-in-law....ate it on salad.
The dope . I think the gift of water cress confused her, it being a naturally safe food full of vitamins, minerals and iron.

I use Neutrogena Sesame Oil for my skin. It's WONDERFUL and just a tiny sprinkle on wet skin before toweling off in the shower leaves my skin like silk all year long!
Cheaper than olive oil too! But yes, olive oil is good for skin like you use too!
