So, our new leader has been in office for 6 months now.
He's managed to accomplish a few things and I would love to hear everyone's 'report card' on him.
Pros: He lifted the ban on stem cell research.
Cons:
Closing Guantanamo Bay prison with no place to put the prisoners or plan on what to do with them.
He's managed to insult the president of France TWICE now.
He's insulted the PM of Great Britain.
He's sucked up to Putin.
He's sucked up to Iran.
He's sucked up to Cuba.
He's apologized for things he shouldn't have and made us look weak.
He's spent more money in the history of the world and so far has not much to show for it.
He now owns two giant car companies.
He cut back on the military.
He cut back on NASA projects.
His homeowners relief is total bullshit - this I know from first hand experience.
He's bowed down to another head of state (Saudi King Abdullah) and tried to backpedal saying he picked something up off the floor. * bullshit - Presidents never pick up garbage off the floor! and do you really think King Abdullah will touch his hand after touching the floor? NO WAY!
He's managed to find ways to tax us all tenfold + for the rest of our lives while lying and saying he's not going to raise taxes on those making under 200K.
The man has quite a silver tongue. He makes a very pretty speech but he so far has not said a damn thing on how he's going to make all his promises actually WORK!
Everyone still thinks that he is going to fix what ails us but he's only able to do things on the Federal level. Each state has their own issues that often override what he does.
What's he going to do about North Korea?
Is he going to do anything to get those two innocent girls out of that incarceration of hard labor for 12 years?
How is he going to make us independent on petrolem products (arab oil) if we are going to continue to use things like plastics? What's the solution? Does he have one? Does he even have a suggestion?
Now, please tell me what you all think!
